Ronda has developed her expertise at Metzler Locricchio Serra & Company, P.C with nearly twenty years of experience and is currently a senior manager in the accounting and auditing department. She manages multiple compilation, review and audit engagements for operational companies in addition to retirement plan audits.
Prior to working at Metzler Locricchio Serra & Company, P.C., Ronda worked in the private sector for two major commercial real estate firms. Her emphasis was on property management accounting supporting the commercial management with budgeting, forecasting, common area maintenance allocations, lease analysis and day to day operational accounting. In addition, Ronda has extensive experience with contract accounting including preparation of detail cost reports, AIA Sworn Statements and percentage of completion calculations for multiple housing developments.
Ronda takes great pleasure in working with new clients, training their staff to handle more complex accounting issues and establishing policies and procedures to improve the client's internal control. She handles corporate clients as well as limited liability companies and individuals. Her clients include service organizations, distributors, real estate developers, construction companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

Ronda obtained her Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree from Kettering University in 1982 and completed post-graduate work in accounting at University of Illinois at Springfield through 1986. In 1986, she successfully completed the CPA exam and was certified in 1991 after obtaining the required public accounting experience.
